Variance Request from the provisions of the City of Haslet Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Exhibit A – Zoning Ordinance, Article VIII, Section 8.1, D.
Portable Buildings and Structures submitted by Mr. John J. Prugel, 128 Odessa, Haslet, TX.

Public Hearing.
B.
Consider and act on variance request to allow Mr. Prugel to live in a travel trailer on his property located at 128 Odessa until his house is rebuilt.

Executive Session:
The Board of Adjustment may enter into Executive Session during the meeting to seek legal advice from its attorney on any posted agenda item, (Section 551.071, Government Code, – Consultation with Attorney; A governmental body may not conduct a private consultation with its attorney except:
(1) when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or
(B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.) or to discuss any item that is authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act to be discussed in closed session.
