THE 4B ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN REGULAR SESSION AT 6:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2007 IN THE HASLET COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 105 MAIN STREET.

1.          Call to order and announce a quorum is present.

2.             Consider and act on approval of the December 21, 2006 minutes.

3.             Consider and act on approving the Request For Qualifications for Master Planning of “Old Town”.

4.          Review and update on High Speed Internet for businesses for the entire City.

5.             Consider a project to purchase property located in “Old Town” at 200 Main Street, Haslet, Texas.

            A.             Public Hearing.

            B.             Consider and act on recommendation of above proposed project to City Council.

6.             Consider and act on future projects.

7.             Executive Session:   Section 551.087, Government Code, and deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.

8.             Consider and act on executive session items.

9.             Consider and act on items to be placed on the next agenda.

10.             Adjourn.
