6.        Discussion on request from developers of the Haslet Corners Commercial Property (Avondale-Haslet and Hwy 156).

7.        Consider and act on request from Frank Valierra and Matt Snow of participation in the cost of improvements, parking spaces, privacy fencing and leveling of interior flooring of the facility and assistance with the monthly rent for 3-6 months for a Mexican Restaurant at 201 N. Highway 156.

8.        Budget Workshop.

9.        Consider and act on future projects.

10.      Executive Session:   Section 551.087 , Government Code, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.
