6.          Update on property acquisition.

7.          Consider and act on request for use and improvements of 4B properties.

A.         Request from Library Board to use property at 201 N. Highway 156 to store books and have periodic book sales.

B.          Request from lessee at 101 Schoolhouse Road to construct a gravel parking lot.

8.          Consider and act on code violations on all 4B properties:

9.          Budget Workshop.

10.         Consider and act on future projects.

11.         Executive Session:   Section 551.087 , Government Code, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.

12.         Consider and act on executive session items.

13.         Consider and act on items to be placed on the next agenda.
