THE 4B ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION AT 6:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2007 IN THE HASLET COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 105 MAIN STREET.

 AGENDA

1.          Call to order and announce a quorum is present.

2.          Proposed project – the purchase of property described as being in the Van Eaton, John H. Survey, Abstract 1919, Tracts 1F01, 10 and 10A, Haslet, Texas more commonly referred to as the 200 block of Schoolhouse Road and located on the southeast corner of Schoolhouse Road and Westport Parkway.  

            A.         Public Hearing.

            B.          Consider and act on purchasing the above listed property.

3.          Proposed project – the purchase of property located at 206 S. First Street, Haslet, Texas.

            A.         Public Hearing.

            B.          Consider and act on purchasing the property at 206 S. First Street.

4.          Executive Session:   Section 551.087, Government Code, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.

5.          Consider and act on executive session items.

6.          Consider and act on items to be placed on the next agenda.

7.          Adjourn.
