IN REGULAR SESSION

AT 6:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY JUNE 12, 2008

AT THE HASLET PUBLIC LIBRARY

100 GAMMILL STREET .

AGENDA

1 )          Call the meeting to order and announce a quorum is present.

2)          Discuss and act to approve minutes from March 13, 2008 meeting.

3)          Reports: Library, Board chair, board members.

4)          Discuss and act to recommend to the City Council a 2008-09 Library Department budget.

5)          Discuss and act to recommend to the City Council a 2008-09 Library Board budget.

6)          Discuss and act on expending funds from the Library Board budget.

7)          Discussion on agenda items for next board meeting and set date and time for next board meeting.

8)          Adjourn meeting.
