1 )          Call the meeting to order and announce a quorum is present.

2 )          Discuss and act to approve minutes from September 20, 2007 meeting.

3)          Reports: Library, Board chair, board members.

4)          Discuss and act on expending funds from the Library Board budget.

5)          Discuss and act to recommend NTRLS Lay Representative appointment to the City Council.

6)          Discussion on agenda items for next board meeting and set date and time for next board meeting.

7)          Adjourn meeting.
