NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2007 and the City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2007 in the Community Room at City Hall, 105 Main Street, Haslet, Texas. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the following zoning change request:
To change from the current zoning classification of (R-2) Suburban District to (PO) Professional Office District with a (C-156) Corridor Overlay District – Professional Office Transition. The legal description of property being Brentwood Park, Lots 21-D, 21-E, 21-F, 21-G, 21-H, and 21-J in the city of Haslet, Texas and more commonly described as the property in the 1700 Block of F.M. 156 just north of the Haslet Volunteer Fire Department.
All interested parties and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard at these meetings. For further information contact the City Secretary at 817-439-5931 ext. 5.
