NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2007 and the City Council will hold a meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2007. Both meetings shall be held in the Community Room at the City Hall, 105 Main Street, Haslet, Texas. At these meetings the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the following matter:
Application of Devon Energy for a Specific Use Permit to allow a gas well on the following property: Lottie Barton Johnson #31H, being a 3.0 tract of land lying within the M.E.P. & P.R.R. Co. Sy., No. 11, A-1132 in Tarrant County Texas and also lying within a 687.7 acre tract of land described in a deed recorded in Volume 8306, Page 1547, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas more commonly referred to as north of Avondale Haslet Road west of F.M. Hwy. 156 and just west of the railroad tracts.
