ORDINANCE NO. 0201-07
An Ordinance amending the Haslet Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Zoning, Exhibit “A”, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, by amending Section 11 [260.1] C-156-F.M. 156 Corridor Overlay District Subsection (B) 1. Residential Gateway and 2. Local Retail Transition; providing that this Ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing for a penalty for violations hereof; providing a savings clause; providing for publication; and providing an effective date.
Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than $2,000.00 for each and every violation and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as required by law, and it is so ordained. Passed and approved the 6th day of February 2007.
