Brumbaugh #13, being a 2.839 acre tract of land situated in the Eldridge Hopkins Survey, Abstract 646, Tract 1C, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of the called 583.202 acre Brumbaugh Unit and more commonly referred to as just north of the 900 Block of Blue Mound Road.

Application from Barnett Gathering L.P. for a Specific Use Permit to allow a gas pipeline on the following properties:
Originating at a gas well pad site on Block 1, Lot 19R in the Hugh White Estates Subdivision and being a centerline situated in the G. M. Lewis Survey, Abstract Number 966 and the J. M. Goodwin Survey, Abstract Number 611, and ending at Tract 2A, J. M. Goodwin Survey, Abstract Number 611 in the Tarrant County, Texas.
The proposed pipeline’s length is 3,214 feet and will be located in a portion of the Hugh White Estates Subdivision, Haslet, Texas.

Consider and act on the 4B Economic Development Corporation’s project and expenditure of approximately $160,000 to purchase property described as being in the Van Eaton, John H. Survey, Abstract 1919, Tracts 1F01, 10 and 10A, Haslet, Texas more commonly referred to as being located in the 200 block of Schoolhouse Road or on the southeast corner of Schoolhouse Road and Westport Parkway.
15.
Consider and act on the Wholesale Wastewater Contract between the City of Haslet and the City of Fort Worth for wastewater treatment service.
16.
Discussion and action of a donation plan for community park landscaping.
17.
Staff briefing of code enforcement policy.
18.
Consider and act on Resolution No. 1107-07 adopting a tax abatement policy, establishing guidelines and criteria for tax abatement agreements and electing to become eligible to participate n tax abatement.
19.
Re-consider and act on Resolution No. 1104-07 entering into an Agreement with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for a Cooperative Purchasing Program.
20.
Consider and act on approving the Tarrant County Emergency Service District Contract for fire and/or ambulance service for the 2007-2008 year.
21.
Executive Session:
The City Council may enter into Executive Session during the meeting to seek legal advice from its attorney on any posted agenda item, or to discuss any item that is authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act to be discussed in closed session, including:
A.
Section 551.072, Government Code, deliberation regarding real property.
B.
Section 551.071, Government Code, – Consultation with Attorney; A governmental body may not conduct a private consultation with its attorney except:
(1) when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or
(B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.
C.
Section 551.087, Government Code, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.
D.
Section 551.074, Government Code, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
