THE PARK BOARD FOR THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN REGULAR SESSION AT 6:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9, 2008 IN THE HASLET COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 105 MAIN STREET.

1.   Call to order and announce a quorum is present.

2.   Consider and act on the approval of the September 12, 2007 minutes and the December 12, 2007 minutes.

3.   Meet with prospective Park Board members.

4.   Consider and act on Park Board vacancy.   Make recommendation to the City Council.

5.   Consider and act on improvements to Haslet City Parks.

     A.   Gammill Park.

     B.   Nance Field.

     C.   Haslet Community Park.   

     D.   Practice Fields.

6.   Consider and act on future projects.

     A.    Sweetheart Dance – February 8, 2007.

     B.     Easter Egg Hunt – Date TBA.

     C.    Haslet Community Park Dedication/Opening Ceremony Date TBA.

7.   Consider and act on Park Board finances.

8.   Consider and act on items to be included in monthly newsletter.

9.   Consider and act on items to be presented at the next City Council meeting.

10.   Consider and act on setting the date and agenda for the next meeting – February 13, 2008.

11.   Adjourn.
