THE PARK BOARD FOR THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN REGULAR SESSION AT 6:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2007 IN THE HASLET COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 105 MAIN STREET.

AGENDA

1 - Call to order and announce a quorum is present.

2 - Consider and act on the approval of the November 15, 2006 and December 13, 2006 minutes.

3 - Update on the Haslet Community Park.

4 - Update on monthly brief to City Council.  (Request purchase of digital camera / docking station for      use by city - other items as necessary).

5 - Final observations on 2006 Tree Lighting Ceremony.

6 - Consider, act, and possible recommendation to City Council regarding Park Board Ordinance.

7 - Consider and act on improvements to Gammill Park.

8 - Consider and act on improvements to Nance Field and practice fields behind Fire Station.

9 - Consider and act on future projects.

     A - Sweetheart Dance - February 9, 2007. 

     B - Easter Egg Hunt - April 7, 2007.

C - Concert in the Park / End of School Party - (yes/no, set date, entertainment, refreshments).

     D -  Fourth of July Parade - July 4, 2007. 

     E - Other projects.

10 - Consider and act on marquee / banners to promote events / city publicity.

11- Consider and act on Park Board finances.

12 - Consider and act on setting the date and proposed agenda for the next meeting.

13 - Adjourn.
