THE PARK BOARD FOR THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN REGULAR SESSION AT 6:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 16, 2007 IN THE HASLET COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 105 MAIN STREET.

AGENDA

1.          Call to order and announce a quorum is present.        

2.          Consider and act on the approval of April 11, 2007 minutes.

3.          Update on the Haslet Community Park.

4.          Meet with Haslet Fire Department Support Group to consider and act on expansion of Fourth of July Parade.

5.           Consider and act on improvements to Gammill Park.

6.            Consider and act on improvements to Nance Field and the practice fields located behind the Fire Station.        

7.            Consider and act on future projects:

             A.             Fourth of July Parade - July 4, 2007.

            B.             Concert in the Park / Haslet Community Park Opening Ceremony - TBA.

C.             Fall Festival / Halloween - Coordinate with Elementary School Halloween Party –  TBA.  

            D.             Haslet Hustle - November 3, 2007.

            E.             Tree Lighting Ceremony - December 1, 2007.

8.             Consider and act on the Park Board finances.

9.             Consider and act on the monthly newsletter.

10.           Consider and act on items to be presented at the next City Council meeting.

11.           Consider and act on setting the date and agenda for the next meeting - June 13, 2007.

12.           Adjourn.
