Consider and act on the application from Encana Oil & Gas Inc. for a Specific Use
Permit to allow a gas well on the following property: Boggess Trust # 3H, being a 9.347
acre tract of land in the M.E.P. & P.R.R. Survey No. 9, Abstract 1130, situated in the City
of Haslet, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of an 83.919 acre tract described in
the deed to Fred Joyce recorded in Clerks Document No. D205170367 of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being Lot B and Lot C, Block 1 described in the
plat for The Meadow-Haslet, Phase Two recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 12289 of the Plat
Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being more commonly referred to as 404 Summer
Drive.

Hopkins Survey, Abstract Number 646, the G. M. Lewis Survey, Abstract
Number 966,
and the J.W. Goodwin Survey, Abstract Number 611 in the City of Haslet in Tarrant
County, Texas, and being all of that certain tract of land described by deed to Mitchell,
Mitchell, and Mitchell, LTD., as recorded in Volume 14229, Page
603 of Deed Records
of Tarrant County, Texas, more commonly referred to as the south
side of the 600 block
of Blue Mound Road east.

Consider and act on the recommendation to the City Council on the proposed ordinance
regarding pipelines.
More specifically, an ordinance regulating the mapping,
inventorying,
installing, or relocating of common carrier pipelines over, under, along, or
across a public street,
alley or area within the boundaries of the city and establishing
conditions for
mapping common carrier pipelines within the city’s extraterritorial
jurisdiction.

Executive Session:
The Planning and Zoning Commission may enter into Executive
Session during the meeting to seek legal advice from its attorney on any posted
agenda item,
or to discuss any item that is authorized by the Texas Open
Meetings Act to be
discussed in closed session, including:
A.
Section 551.071, Government Code, – Consultation with Attorney; A governmental body may not conduct a private consultation with its attorney except:
(1) when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or (B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this Chapter.
