How do I start new water, sewer, and/or trash collection service?
To start new water, sewer, and/or trash collection service, go to Public Works/Building Inspections Department at 101 Main Street and fill out the Utility Service application. Before water, sewer or trash collection service may be initiated at a location, the customer must pay the following utility deposit: Residential - $75.00 Commercial - $150.00 Industrial - $200.00

Who do I contact to report potholes?
You can call Public Works at 817-439-5931 ext. 8 to report potholes.

Who do I contact if a streetlight is out or not working?
If you are in TXU's area, you can email them at http://streetlights.oncorgroup.com. If you are in Tri-County's area or do not have access to the internet, you can call Public Works at 817-439-5931 ext. 8 and we will report the outage to TXU or Tri-County.
