Adult Programs

The Haslet Public Library has regularly scheduled programs for adults 18 and over as well as occasional one-time-only programs. All programs are posted on our Activity Calendar, in our Haslet Public Library Weekly Newsletter, and on our Facebook page. Please check regularly for the latest information.

Global Field Trip Every 3rd Thursday at 6 PM unless otherwise noted on the Activity Calendar and Facebook Page.

Take a virtual trip to a foreign country. Taste the food, learn the language and customs, see historic sites. This is a free family event scheduled once monthly.

Saturday Big Event

Once monthly, typically on the third Saturday, we have a "big event", a program on any variety of topics (arts and crafts, health and wellness, finance, employment, genealogy, etc.) for any and all ages. Check our activity calendar for the next date, and our Facebook page and newsletter for details. Occasionally, a patron has asked to present a program for us. If you are interested in being considered as a presenter for a Saturday Big Event, submit a form online and we’ll get back with you.
