Meeting Room

Requirements

The following criteria are required to reserve the meeting room:

  • Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • A group of at least 5 people
  • Not for profit activity (solicitation, admission or other charges, money-raising activities and/or sales are not allowed)
  • All activities must end 30 minutes prior to library closing. Reservations may not be made sooner than 30 minutes after another activity is scheduled to end. All activities must take place during regular library hours.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • With tables and chairs, 17 occupants are permitted. With chairs only, 36 occupants are permitted. With standing room, 51 occupants are permitted.
  • City events always take precedence over anything else. It's rare, but there is a possibility of cancellation if the City needs the space for any reason.
