Effective Monday, May 2, 2022, all Council, Boards and Commissions (Board Members) may meet in-person. The City will continue allowing Board Members and City Staff to attend meetings either in-person or virtually.
Mayor Hulsey has increased the number of citizens allowed to be present at meetings to 20. Section 551.127 of the Government Code requires the presiding officer and a quorum be physically present in the chambers to convene a meeting. Citizens Participation and Comments will continue to be received both in-person and virtually.
