    June 22, 2019, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM @ Haslet Community Park

What is Taiji (Tai Chi)? Taiji is an ancient Chinese martial art with extraordinary health preserving benefits. Taiji’s known benefits range from improved balance, posture, flexibility, leg strength, and circulation. Taiji is often recommended by western physicians to help lower stress, blood pressure and even reduced the pain experienced from fiber myalgia. Shifu Brian Ebersold, with over 10-years of martial arts teaching experience, is a certified instructor of 8-Step Preying Mantis Kung Fu and Shyun Taiji. His Taiji curriculum is tailored to meet each individual’s needs and abilities but remains true to the authentic Chinese system. Shyun Taiji is an authentic Chinese Taiji with a direct lineage to our Chinese master. Whether you’re just getting back into exercise, recovering from an injury or surgery or looking for a compliment to your high impact/ cardio workouts, Taiji is an excellent choice. Please come to the park for a trial class.
